THE BRIEF

The landlord client set out to modernize an aging office building in order to attract long-term tenants with forward-thinking expectations. Their goal was to create a workspace that would appeal to younger professionals, the kind of environment that helps companies recruit and retain top talent. The focus was on shifting away from traditional layouts and embracing modern workplace design principles.

OUR APPROACH

We carried out a complete redesign of the existing floor plan, rethinking the spatial flow to reflect contemporary working practices. Standard desk space was intentionally reduced to make way for open, collaborative areas and breakout zones. A clean, modern aesthetic was introduced throughout, enhancing the overall appeal of the workplace while supporting flexibility and team interaction.

THE RESULTS

The project was delivered two weeks ahead of schedule, exceeding expectations in both timing and execution. Midway through delivery, the scope successfully evolved from a Category A fit-out to a more advanced Category A+ standard. The result is a spacious, attractive, and collaborative environment that meets the needs of today's dynamic workforce.
