THE BRIEF

Following previous successful collaborations, the landlord approached the team once again... this time to transform another  building into a more modern, open-plan space. This renovation served as Phase One of a broader plan to upgrade the entire building. It also functioned as a proving ground to evaluate the team's ability to deliver both quality and efficiency.

OUR APPROACH

To create a spacious and inviting environment, we removed several internal walls without requiring structural modifications. The fit-out included the installation of high-spec finishes such as hardwood flooring and Bosch kitchen appliances. Modern amenities were added, including a sleek new coffee and tea station with refrigeration, designed to elevate day-to-day usability and tenant appeal.

THE RESULTS

The project was completed two weeks ahead of the scheduled 8-week timeline. The result was a bright, contemporary workspace ready for tenant customisation, offering the flexibility modern businesses demand. The successful delivery helped the client gain confidence in the team’s capabilities, leading directly to a larger 7,000 sq ft renovation in the same building.
