After a previous tenant vacated a desirable office unit in central London, the landlord aimed to reposition the space to command higher rental value. With strong competition in the commercial rental market, the space required a significant uplift to attract premium tenants and justify higher leasing rates, particularly in a highly sought-after business district.

OUR APPROACH
We removed non-structural walls to open up the floorplan and improve spatial flow and natural light. Premium materials were installed throughout, including hardwood flooring and bespoke joinery. To elevate tenant experience and cater to modern expectations, we added a kitchenette along with luxury shower facilities styled after high-end hospitality spaces like Soho House, ideal for commuting professionals and lifestyle-conscious businesses.
THE RESULTS
The refurbishment resulted in a fresh, contemporary workspace that enhances wellbeing and productivity. Natural light now flows freely through the space, and the premium finishes, especially the luxury showers, add lasting value and functionality. The final result is a high-spec, low-maintenance commercial property ready to stand out in London’s competitive rental market.
